Family businesses have to move from being person-led to process-driven and create robust systems for smooth succession, said Mirza Yawar Baig, an international speaker specialised in leadership development.

“The company has to come first, rather than the family,” he said while giving a lecture on “the usi-ness of the family business”, at the office of the Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Dhaka on Saturday.
